Always great quality, just what I am looking for

Product always good, and have used Jamo a few times now. However on this occasion the delivery let it down. Paid over £7.00 at 7am on Thursday morning for 1-2 day delivery. Told via txt it would arrive Friday. Recieved a txt Friday saying, that now, I wouldn't be receiving it until Monday afternoon. Needed the Pouches for a show on Sunday. Things happen I suppose, but still, didn't expect to pay that amount to have to wait this long.

All arrived as it should and we’re very happy with the compostable bags we ordered! The only thing I would say is that all 4 sizes of the bags came stacked on top of each other rather than separated in the box so it’s a bit difficult to find the right sizes when looking for them. Maybe add a layer between each size so they are easier to access :) Arrived very quickly and overall very happy with our order. Will be ordering again.

I've used this company for a few months now, and have never had any worries about delivery or ordering, 1st class actually. However, the last two orders have arrived not in a 100% condition. The order before this one the Pouches arrived bent, length way down and this last order arrived with around 40% of the Pouches creased. I use the Pouches for my Baked goods to sell onto the public, so this became a bit of a problem which I can hopefully overcome, but, maybe a bit more care should be given when packaging the Pouches for delivery. I will however continue to use this company in the future.

Service at the highest level, I'll come back for more purchases. Fast order fulfillment tho the packaging could be improved for the order content.
